Rich is our Senior Master Tech. He can take any year BMW and literally build it from scratch. It's a wonder he can get any work done because everyone in the store goes to him for information. We have even tested him. Show him a random washer and nut, he will tell you what models they fit on. It's simply amazing. Incidentally, if you need Girl Scout cookies, he's your man.
